The Wingersheek Beach and Wiscasset Junction Railroad by George Fisher 'gfisher' "This is the route based on Smooz's VTNH Loop terrain. I have been working on the St Johnsbury area where the Maine Central and the Canadian Pacific form a junction. Well, they used to. The MEC line is now abandoned, while the CP line has been sold and is now functioning as the Northern Vermont Railroad, a subsidiary of Iron Road systems. The terrain heads east to Lunenburg and south to Wells River from here. I am headed to Wells River with the modeling next once I fill in the last of the residential areas here. Passenger service ended here in 1965, but I am keeping some in MY route. The route uses lots of dmdrake's trees and also some of his historic style streetlights." Available Early May 2004 on the DLS. |
